When will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping time is 3 to 7 business days. You can always check the status of your shipment by clicking on the link in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to you. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to carrier transportation delays.
We now also offer priority shipping via UPS and USPS. We have implemented a priority fulfillment process at our US distribution centers. Order by 1pm for delivery in 1-2 business days. The cost of priority shipping is based on shipment weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that priority shipping is only available on orders shipping within the contiguous United States. P.O. boxes are excluded.
In addition, our delivery partners probably will not make any deliveries on national holidays. So, expect small delay on national holidays. Note as well that there are always delivery delays around Christmas. We ask that you place your order before December 12th to ensure you receive it before Christmas.
How much is standard shipping?
The good news is standard shipping is free on all orders over $69 that is shipping within USA. If your order is under $69, a small shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged. For the following states, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please see the states below:
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands
Why is my track not pulling up any tracking information?
The reason your tracking number is not pulling up any tracking information is because the shipping carrier have not scanned your package into their system. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for estimated delivery date to be updated on your order.

You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by rethinkmindfullness
